Please Note all of these quotes
Include the initial development of the website and the first three months of maintenance
and site hosting. Also included are domain name registration and all site set up
fees which are paid to the INTERNIC and the Server.

Monthly Maintenance of Web Pages
WebSite
Maintenance Agreement
D&D Enterprises will provide the
following:
- Web Site maintenance includes 2 hours of maintenance or development
at $50/mth.
- Maintenance and Development includes marketing of web site, type and
link corrections, updating of information, etc. This maintenance is intended to cover
small changes that the site owner may have. Any large requests will be quoted before work
is started.
- Any work completed over 2 hours will be approved by the site owner.
Additional work is billed at an hourly rate of $40/hr or the unit price of items added to
the site.
- The maintenance agreement will be invoiced quarterly.
- The maintenance agreement is for six months and is automatically
renewable until notification from the site owner.
Additional Fees:
The following fees would apply to any client
where applicable or for work done beyond that included in the maintenance agreement.
Any work above maintenance is billed at an
hourly rate of $40hr or the unit price of items added to the site.
Corrections: includes link
corrections, type corrections, HTML tag correction. Minimum charge of one hour.
Updating in addition to that included in the
maintenance agreement, Minimum charge of one hour.
Misc.: Graphic design, photo retouching,
graphic file conversion, Minimum charge of one hour.
Submitting Files
Files may be submitted either on disk or via
e-mail. Additional charges will be added for document scanning if necessary. For

Notes:
The web hosting fees can be set up to be billed 3,6,12 month contracts. The initial setup
is a little expensive but the monthly fees breakdown to only $75-$100 a month. There is
not a cheaper method of advertising out there when comparing to the cost of a magazine ad.
